Excellence Healthcare provides a suitable induction programme for all new staff joining the team, along with a suitable basic skills foundation programme.  

 

We ensure supervision for all staff at all times. Most of the training for our employees is seen as a regular part of the day to day functioning of Excellence Healthcare rather than an optional extra.

 

Courses our staff have taken include POVA, first aid, manual handling, healthcare assistant diploma, NVQ 2, catheter care and medication.

 

Management staff are always willing to do courses that will benefit our clients.
