We have a diverse and dedicated healthcare staff who excel in service user care and are able to communicate effectively with our service users as well as their family members.

Our Services

We are successful in involving family members with the plan of care for their loved ones, which adds confidence to the care provided by Excellence Healthcare. We build every care package to meet your unqiue needs. We also pride ourselves in being different by providing a diverse range of services to create our 'Total Care Package'.

Sit- in

Some of the people we support live alone and we recognise that at times, more closely monitored forms of care is required, as a result of unfortunate accidents or a discharge from hospital.

Our sit-in provides day and night support, making sure that all the individuals we support in this way are fully confident in living independently along with a helping hand from their carer.

Live in Care

Providing you with a peace of mind that you are not alone in your home. This can be provided on a long or short term basis allowing a more acute care service to be delivered.

At Excellence Healthcare, we are in a position to offer dedicated service to some groups whom require a cultural specific live in care service. We are therefore able to cater to a service user's religious, cultural and dietry requirements.
